Emissary Toro Cigar (6 x 52)

Seeking to showcase European tobaccos, Macanudo has launched the Emissary line. Made at the STG Danlí factory in Honduras, Emissary España features a blend of tobaccos from five countries that have all been aged for at least five years. The wrapper leaf is a Connecticut Broadleaf Claro, with a Nicaraguan Condega binder and fillers from Spain, Nicaragua, Dominican Republic, and Colombia. The highlight of this blend is the Spanish tobacco that is a Havana seed grown near the town of Riobolos, Spain. This region features a rocky soil and the Mediterranean climate, which yields a rich tobacco that cannot be replicated. This leaf is then aged for 10 years, developing complexity and intensity that adds a unique layer to this medium-bodied smoke.
