ChiMolly Pioneer Cigars

In the last semester of their sophomore year of college, Zhuofeng Weng and his friends Hsuan Chang and Desson Chen began to realize their dream of starting a cigar brand. At first, they began producing cigar accessories that showcased their love of traditional Chinese culture with their porcelain ashtrays. They spent two years learning every detail of cigar production under Raul Reyner at Mi Havana Factory in Estelí, Nicaragua. The principle that guided them in the development of their products was “it’s all about texture,” believing that what truly matters is the sensory, emotional, and experiential value their cigars bring to consumers. They released their first cigar, Pangu, in 2024.
