Blood Medicine B-Positive LE 2026 5.5x56 Cigar (5.5 x 56)

Fashioned at Eradio Pichardo's TacaNicsa factory, Crowned Heads' Blood Medicine B-Positive blend is a limited-edition release that pays tribute to the cigar brand's home city of Nashville — more specifically, a historic building in Nashville that has been a hotel and restaurant, but was originally a pharmacy. The words "Blood Medicine" are painted on one of the building's walls, and the blend derives its name from that evocative phrase. The Blood Medicine B-Positive cigar comprises a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper, an Ecuadorian binder, and Nicaraguan filler tobaccos. It boasts a rich, satisfying flavor profile that's sure to appeal to novices and connoisseurs alike, and it's available here in a 5.5" x 56 vitola.
