As the name suggests, Dunbarton Tobacco & Trust's Red Meat Lovers Spicy Beef Stick is a fiery take on the original, which was crafted specifically to pair with a good steak. Before the RML line, there were a precious few cigars so perfectly catered to such a pairing. Now, the RML Spicy Beef Stick kicks things up a notch with a Fritanga blend, which channels the spirit of Nicaraguan street food — specifically, the bold flavor of grilled meats, plantains, and rice and beans cooked over an open flame. These flavors translate to notes of dark earth, black pepper, charred wood, umami, espresso — and, of course, a steadily building, lasting spice — courtesy of a Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over a Mexican San Andrés Negro binder and fillers from Nicaragua and Pennsylvania, all rolled at the NACSA factory in Estelí.
