HDA Cigars Cataclysm Cigars

HDA, which stands for Hermanos de Armas — translating to “Brothers in Arms” from Spanish — is a veteran-owned cigar brand started by two friends, Andray F. McCuien and Zack Van Ginkel, who discovered their passion for cigars during tours of service. The brand delivers hand-crafted tobacco from the most desirable growing regions of the world. “Not your grandpa’s cigar,” their blends showcase unmatched flavor achieved through high-quality tobacco and attention to detail in craftsmanship.

All of HDA’s cigars were crafted at James Brown’s Oveja Negra factory in Nicaragua until 2026, and are now made at the esteemed Rojas factory. Andray and Zack are dedicated to honoring their military roots as veterans, and the brand works closely with Team SAPO, a nonprofit organization dedicated to healing America’s heroes by helping veterans and first responders with their mental health struggles. The pair hopes that their cigars can be a small light in a world that can often feel full of darkness.
