Years ago I used to enjoy Stokkebye's Heather Honey (no longer avail.) and this is about as close to that as I've come. I was worried that it would be too syrupy and cloying with the honey, but it is well-balanced and burns cool and steady. I often walk down by the creek where wild honeysuckle grows and this is a fair approximation of that enchanting fragrance.
