eamy nutty with a chestnut flavor. Mild, no bite, smooth all day kinda Burley. Medium strength, caramel like notes at the end of the bowl. Sweet Burley. Now I'm sure this will be a great blender, but this is a quality Burley to enjoy straight. Read Less

A fine, smooth and mellow smoke on its own. As a blender, I have yet to find any tobac, it won't meld with. Deserves wider use & recognition.

th is mild to medium and nic is mild. Flavoring is very mild, with notes of vanilla, flavoring wains near the middle. Taste is mild to medium and mostly consistent, with notes of bitter wood, brown sugar, bread, mild cocoa, dry earth, a mildly sweet nut background note, and a peppery retro. This is the best straight Burley I've had. Nice cool smoke, and great nutty flavor on the palate. Worked fantastically well in my Churchwarden and also my Pete 03 Spigot.

Compared to my usual blending burley, C&D Burley Ribbon, this is a bit lighter in strength while still being fairly flavorful. It’s a bit nuttier, while the C&D exhibits more earth and bitter cocoa.

Moist out of the bag, for me it needed serious dry time. Smells great with hints of nuts, vanilla and molasses. Burns okay but needs a few more relights than most. Excellent mixer and solid on its own

If you're looking to drive the ghosts from one of your pipes or just to enjoy an honest burley flavor, this tobacco will do well. A distinct plus, from my viewpoint, is the relative lack of bite.
