A blend of the finest heirloom Red Virginias from historic Old Belt growing regions, Carolina Red Flake is Cornell & Diehl's tribute to the traditions and heritage of the old tobacco country. Honoring this legacy, 2026's edition showcases fermented 2023 Brazilian leaf, alongside naturally sweet 2019 leaf grown in the state of Georgia and 2022 North Carolina tips, all rounded out by well-aged 2010 Red Virginia hand strips from India.

There's got to be a better way

I understand the marketing of the small batch series, and I enjoy something that comes out yearly or every so often so that it's special, like a Christmas blend. But they all sell out within a few hours. Perhaps lower the maximum tins allowed, at first. I mean cmon guys, you WILL sell this blend. Give people a chance to get one. Especially if they are a person who has spent thousands of dollars on your tobacco. Just my 2 cents....Read More

I think I just got some? I sat since 5:30 logged in only refreshing the page about 3 times up until 6:01. then Smokingpipes decides to boot me out and put me in the "Queue". 5-6 minutes im back on the page, i put some in the cart, should be all good then click check out, 404 ERROR. Fought with that for what seemed too long, refreshing more and exiting out and back to the tinned baccy page and then, More weirdness appears in the form of no CRF 2026 pictured on the designated Cornell & Deihl page. Wow. Last option, clicked on my cart again that only showed one item because id thrown in some pipe cleaners beforehand, Boom, its there, with the pipe cleaners. Wowww. Not my first rodeo with small batch. Been buying for years, and in the better days of smoking pipes when buying small batch wasn't made hard. Well, we'll see if anything shows up! Congrats to all who get it and to those who don't, I think most of us have been there, don't let it ruin your day. Smoke what you got, and stay grateful. Report back later......Read More

It took a few try's, but I got a couple of tins finally. it's still on the site and still available, so keep trying. I'm sure it almost crashes the site but they worked thru it and I was happy to get the tins I got. They say 15 is the limit but I just got some to try and a couple to age.
