Starting with wonderful notes of hay with a slightly bready back note. When sipped a delicious slightly tangy fruity note. Tastes like a very quality tobacco. This may age to be amazing. Definitely a sipper.

new C&D produced Nørding blends I’ve tried.
In a word, it’s excellent.
I’ll be honest: I’ve never had a straight Virginia from C&D that wowed me without several years of age on it. Until now.
Pointer combines at least four Virginias: toasted and untoasted reds and toasted and untoasted golds. The result is something really special: a light, sweet, uncomplicated, creamy Virginia that tastes great fresh from the tin.
No aging or stoving required. No other varietals for the Virginias to lean on. Just pure goodness.
Though I have to admit that Labrador is my favorite of the three new Nørdings, this is a real winner.
