About This Pipe Tobacco

Robert Lewis tobaccos have been around since the late 18th century with the namesake London shop being one of the oldest in the world.

Robert Lewis' Tree Mixture is a medium-bodied English mixture containing spicy Orientals, smoky Latakia, Black Cavendish, and Virginias. Originally this was a Robert Lewis "private blend" supplied to a frequent customer, Colonel Tree, now available to all.

I would put this toe to toe with Red Rapperee. Smells like BBQ sauce and taste like pure excellence 🤙 I've had many English/Balkan blends over the past 2 years, and this one is sublime!

Like the smell of tree sap

This is such a nice smoke. Very slightly sweet in a way which evokes a pine forest after a rain. The tobacco has a hint sent of stick evergreen pine sap, that you'd get on your fingers as a kid when you played with fresh needles. Or like the smile of a sticky pinecone help close to your nose.

Very creamy smoke, wonderful tanginess. I am not experienced enough to pinpoint out all of the tobaccos used, I ween that orange zest like taste is coming from the Virginias. It has an almost butter like taste which I have found in some cigars, and I absolutely love that!
