This was a very light smoke. I read latakia in the description , but I didn't detect any. If someone is looking for an ultra-light well packing blend, it might be ok.

From the pouch you get a sweet and slightly sour raisin smell from the virginias, but no notion of anything else. Do not expect latakia! It's cut in a nice, lightly pressed broken flake that is very easy to pack. I would recommend letting it dry slightly; it can get a bit wet at the bottom of the bowl. While smoking, it's mellow, sweet, grassy, and honey-like with a bit of a nutty finish from the burley. I'd say as long as you take it slow, and accept it for what it is, this is a satisfying smoke.
