About This Pipe
This Billiard from Civic is shallowly sandblasted and stained darkly to provide a relatively smooth touch for sandblasted briar, but the most notable physical attribute about this pipe is likely its weight — it tips the scales at barely more than one ounce despite a substantial length of five and a half inches. The bowl is a straightforward Billiard, very lightly canted at the aft, and the stem tapered vulcanite. Though this piece is faithful to the shape chart, it is the precision with which it was crafted that makes it a valuable addition to any collection of English pipes.
