Italian Estates: Ardor Christmas 2001 Urano Bent Dublin (Dorelio Rovera) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-006-35099

Ardor's 2001 Christmas pipe was made by Dorelio Rovera and carries the late carver's stamp, which makes this bent Dublin highly collectable. The tall, forward-canting bowl is paired with a complex shank-and-stem arrangement that ebbs upward from an elongated transition and is more slender. A cream-colored acrylic mount and stem base accent lighten the composition considerably, contrasting the jet-black, stylish stem of the same material. The stummel is wearing the Italian workshop's dark Urano finish, the craggy rustication allowing natural briar to peek through, while the rim is smoothly rendered in a light, complementing stain.
