Unknown Partially Rusticated Billiard (6mm) (Unsmoked) Tobacco Pipe

Carved by an unknown artisan, this Billiard is sleek and streamlined, with a moderately sized, cylindrical bowl poised pertly at the fore of a round, trim shank. Said shank is accented with a slender metallic band before yielding to a tapered stem with a subtle bulge before the tenon. What sets this Billiard apart from other, more conventional renditions is the partial rustication, which consists of long, brushstroke-like channels punctuated by a smooth, tulip-shaped panel on the bowl's right flank and a wide, smooth band of briar that takes up half the shank.
