Volkan Desert Sandblasted Bent Egg Tobacco Pipe

This bent Egg by Volkan is fronted by a lightly canted, well-rounded bowl displaying some fetching grain, with flame grain underneath birdseye on the left flank in a similar pattern to the muscular, lightly flaring shank. The sandblast gives the entire stummel a rich texture in the hand and a honey-colored stain allows the grain to be easily observed, also pairing well with the bright yellow of the saddle stem that tapers and bends back from conical shoulders. It's a colorful and wonderfully constructed piece of Italian craftsmanship, sure to be at home with any collection of well-made pipes.
