About This Pipe
One of Portugal's few artisan pipe makers, Sabina Santos crafts gorgeous shapes that are uniquely designed, expertly engineered, and handsomely finished. This Dublin is a gorgeous showcase of Stantos' style, possessing a sleek outline headed by a tall, full-bodied bowl. Said bowl is held aloft by a bamboo-extended shank and a slender saddle stem, the mouthpiece joined to the shank via a reverse carbon fiber tenon. The bamboo and flared base of the stem foster a visual rhythm across the aft of the composition, drawing the eye from the low-set transition to the slender bit. The dress of this piece is beautifully executed: consisting of a crisp sandblast topped with a smoothly polished rim.
