Kolyo Demirev Sandblasted Billiard (X) Tobacco Pipe

Born in Bulgaria and now living in the Czech Republic, Kolyo Demirev fell in love with pipe making after seeking a more satisfying, creative career than his original work as an electrician. This Billiard of Kolyo's making is sandblasted to accentuate the striking cross grain and birdseye of the bowl, giving it both a fine texture and a distinguished appearance. The walls of the bowl are quite straight even for a Billiard, and a muscular shank backs up the bowl to a tapered vulcanite stem. It's a no-nonsense rendition of the classic shape from Kolyo, and substantially proportioned to boot at one-eighth of a pound in weight and just under six inches in length.
