About This Pipe
Even for a Churchwarden, this pipe from Jobey is generously lengthy at all of 11.61 inches — almost all of it supplied by the tapered, minutely bent vulcanite stem. The stummel is nonetheless a great work in itself, consisting of a proportional, Billiard-like bowl sandblasted to accentuate the flame grain on the left flank that fans back to the shank, all of it stained a warm mahogany hue. The texture offers an intriguing feel to the fingertips as they support the bowl.
