The proportions of Ropp's "J07" Billiard stay true to the classic English and French shape-chart standard, the relationship between bowl and shank well balanced and traditionally inclined — making this a timeless, archetypal rendition. Where the "J07" differs, though, is in its overall size: Of abbreviated length and featherweight dimensions, this Billiard is ideal for on-the-go travel, easily slipping into a pocket or being comfortably clenched.

In the Etudiant line, Ropp presents pipes that are fashioned from old-stock stummels sourced from the Chapuis-Comoy factory — like the French marque's Vintage, Vintage Stout, Vintage Superior, and Algerian Superior series.
