About This Pipe
Composed of pipes that fall outside Dunhill's standard shape chart, the Quaint series offers more stylized interpretations of traditional shapes, all rendered with the English marque's impeccable attention to detail. This bent Egg features a tall bowl, softly rounded with generous chamber capacity, paired to an abbreviated oval shank fitted with a comfortably bent vulcanite stem. Dressed in Dunhill's County sandblast, the stummel offers plenty of engaging texture and comfort in-hand.
Like the Cumberland finish, Dunhill's County line pairs rich, cumberland stems with delightfully textured sandblasts. Typically, County pieces wear a lighter stain, often falling between the Cumberland and Tanshell hues, and since its introduction in 1986, with only a brief hiatus, the County remains stalwart within Dunhill's portfolio, especially desired by lovers of brindled vulcanite and warm sandblasts.
