About This Pipe
In the 1960s and 70s, Luigi Radice worked at two of the most acclaimed Italian marques, Castello and Caminetto. After cementing himself as one of Italy's best pipe makers, he began to craft pipes with his sons under the family name. This Dublin from Radice, while decidedly bowl-centric, maintains a fairly traditional profile, with a flared bowl set at the fore of a sleek, arrow-straight shank-and-stem arrangement. The tidy, streamlined silhouette allows the virgin Rind Pure finish to take center stage. Devoid of stain, the stummel will gradually accrue a warm patina as it's smoked and enjoyed, its surface richly textured for tactile appeal.
