About This Pipe
Based in Pesaro, Italy, the Rinaldo workshop was founded in 1987 when two brothers, Elio and Guido Rinaldo left their positions at Mastro de Paja to start their own endeavor. Since establishing their workshop, they've never looked back, working alongside each other in harmony to produce around 1,5000 pipes annually. Showcasing their bold, signature style, this bent Bulldog is one of the latest offerings from the Italian marque.
This pipe possesses an exceptionally plump bowl paired to a hearty diamond shank and a thick-shouldered saddle stem. The shank's upward trajectory promotes a comfortable clench, and the bowl's plump curves conform to the contours of the hand nicely. Dressed in Rinaldo's light, craggy Lithos rustication — save for the smooth rim — the stummel offers a wealth of stimulating texture for the fingers to appreciate.
