Moreover, it reveals Savinelli's signature design cue of fashioning shanks with distinctive attributes, whether paneled or shaped to a Reuleaux triangle. In the case of the "627," the shank is distinguished by a broad demeanor with crisp ridgelines defining the flanks for accenting rigidity that contrasts against the tall bowl's more smooth and softly rounded disposition.

Created to mark 150 years of excellence, this special release heralds the return of the Italian house's legendary Capri rustication — its first appearance in over a decade. In tribute to Savinelli's prolific 1960s era, the commemorative collection unites enduring best-sellers with seldom-seen, vintage silhouettes, celebrating the breadth of the marque's shaping tradition. Each piece is dressed in the Capri's unmistakable craggy yet fluidly organic texture, drilled for 3mm filters, and finished with a classic vulcanite mouthpiece.
