The Ser Jacopo workshop is known for pioneering the Pesaro shaping aesthetic and crafting classically rendered Italian pipes with unique, flourished finishes. This bent Billiard maintains the workshop's preference for creating muscular designs, with the tall, full-bodied bowl offering two inches of chamber depth. Bearing two "Maxima" stamps, it is a massive take on the classic form, sure to fill the palm with ease. Towering at the fore with a forward-urging posture, the bowl's hearty figure is formed by thick, insulating walls reaching high from the rounded heel and curving slightly toward the flat rim. A sturdy shank curves upward from the bowl and meets a bent saddle stem, the combination forming a dramatic S-curvature in silhouette. Ser Jacopo's iconic Rowlette finish dresses the stummel, featuring carvings throughout the bowl that mimic the look of dripping wax, while the shank remains smooth for eye-catching contrast.
