A burley lovers English blend to savor
This is a most comforting smoke! Inns of Court really opened my eyes to what burley can do when incorporated into an English blend. Upon initial lighting, the nutty burleys take the lead, with the orientals and virginias giving support with sweet and sour notes and Latakia giving a pleasant smoky backdrop. As the bowl progresses, the orientals start to ramp up more, slightly more than the sweet nuttiness of the burleys. The Latakia is still in the background supporting with delicious smokiness. All around this blend is simply wonderful. I will be discovering more from Mr Pease’s Drucquer & Son’s!
