Cornell & Diehl - Nutty Irishman 2oz
Worth a try
With St. Patricks day coming up, figured I would break out my tin finally. Overall a pleasant smoke. This is definitely an aromatic that you smell way more than you actually taste. Nice caramel, nutty, liqueur, earthy smoke. My complaint is that it leaves you desiring something deeper in flavor since everything is so faint. Great blend for smoking around non smokers.

No Issues
These are really nice to throw into my Savinelli pipes. I generally prefer a filtered smoke and love these compared to the charcoal filters.

Bean flavor?
Definitely some chocolate and creme flavor that comes through. I occasionally get a bean flavor that reminds me of the desserts that contain beans in some asian cuisine. Not necessarily a bad thing, but definitely something worth noting. I have a second tin that I will let age and come back to in a couple years.

Very Comfortable
I can't go back to clenching a bare stem after using these. Protect your pipe and more importantly your teeth. Work surprisingly well with Peterson P-Lip pipes if you slide it down the stem past the hole.

Utilitarian Travel Stands
These are great little stands that I have in my travel pipe roll. Certainly not the most aesthetically pleasing, but they do exactly what you need them to do for a great price and fold up very compact. They can fit some poker/tankard style pipes a little awkward but it works.
