Founded by former European cigar retailer Andreas Throuvalas, Curivari debuted in 2012 and approaches cigarmaking with a singular goal in mind: emulating the flavor profile of authentic Cuban cigars. Curivari rolls the highest quality Cuban-seed Criollo and Corojo tobaccos from Nicaragua, using only the traditional Cuban process, and all Curivari cigars are finished with a Cuban-style triple cap. What's more, Throuvalas and Curivari strive to capture the profile of specific Cuban brands, fitting them with old-school cigar bands with vintage, clean-lined fonts and simple color palettes, packaged in elegantly designed boxes to complete the classic Cuban aesthetic.
