Southern Weather 10oz Coffee

Onyx Coffee Lab was founded in Rogers, Arkansas, in 2012 as a specialty coffee roaster but has grown significantly over the years through its mantra: "Never Settle for Good Enough." A solid decade or so of hard work and hardware taken home from the U.S. Coffee Championships brought the company to where it is today, forming partnerships in multiple countries on multiple continents to find, roast, and serve quality, sustainable coffee while operating several cafes throughout northwest Arkansas. Their headquarters location in downtown Rogers was named the best coffee shop in the world in 2026.

Onyx's Southern Weather blend is a lovely light roast with notes of chocolate, plum, and candied walnuts followed by a juicy citrus finish. The beans for this mixed-varietal roast were sourced from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Honduras and wet-processed for a complex yet balanced flavor that tastes just as lovely on its own as it does accompanied by milk or cream.
