开罐一股浓郁的甜香皮革味，比较细致的裁切和快溢出来的蓬松让我很惊喜。草的干湿度正好，甚至不用醒草直接抽就可以，仿佛就是为沙漠商队而准备——恶劣的风沙没有醒草揉草的环境，打开就填，填上就抽，尽显粗犷。
点火就能抽到拉塔基亚独有的香，烟气浓郁顺滑，劲道偏上，过鼻非常爽！带有骚气的甜奶味从头贯穿到尾，这或许就是驼奶的味道。
一个半小时下来，胸口有些顶，喉咙有些干痒；回想刚刚的抽烟过程，浓郁的烟气猛烈的劲道，口口驼奶进喉，偶尔吃一口肉，来的火辣而粗犷，仿佛真的跟着沙漠商队走了一遭。

leaf. The spice from the Izmir (my guess on what type of Oriental leaf) and smokeness from the Latakia grab you and spin you off your feet almost simultaneously on light up. If I was smoking this in a blind taste I would have attribute the spice and fruitiness to Perique. Definitely a winner. Very similar to Westminster with a bit heavier mouth feel. Read Less

Just finished the last of my 2012 stock. Campfire and leather. Then smoked meat and cheese. Then mulled wine and spice cakes. Then an elderberry brandy. Every bowl is a vacation in the Carpathians.

One of my top three blends!!! Very high quality tobaccos wonderfuly harmonized! This is a lovely dancing between the latakia and orientals, and the subtle presence of virginias. You MUST try this one!!

te is medium and consistent, with notes of smoked spices, leather, wood, mildly sweet fruit, mild toasted nuts, mild lemon, mild bitter dry earth and a slightly peppery retro. The Cyprian latakia fighting Orientals for the lead, each supported at times by Burley or Virginia. Room note is tolerable, and aftertaste is not my favorite. Read Less
A beautifully balanced oriental mixture

Another GL Pease blend which is made in a classic British style. The burly softens this and seems to give the latakia a cool faint sweetness. There is no heavy charcoal taste here.

I have found this tobacco to be one of my all time favorites. It's consistent through many tins. I like the medium body and full flavor. Easily smokable all day.
