About This Pipe
This Billiard from Wessex is sandblasted to draw out some wonderful birdseye on the flanks and award the fingertips with a rich texture as they hold the minutely tapered walls of the bowl. A dark walnut stain colors the stummel from heel to the face of the shank, where the briar meets a tapered stem of swirling brown acrylic that matches almost perfectly with the stain. It's a simple but quite attractive rendition of the most classic of shapes, a great work of French craftsmanship.
