About This Pipe
The name "Aldo Velani" is fictional (at least insofar as no one by that name makes Aldo Velani pipes) but the name Cesare Barontini is very, very real, and Aldo Velani pipes are his creation out of the city of Livorno, west of Florence on Tuscany's Ligurian coast. This bent Billiard from Cesare is sandblasted and stained darkly for a sleek appearance, amplified by a wavy sandblast and bright metal accent before the stummel yields to a lengthy, tapered stem of black acrylic.
