About This Pipe
We don't know much about this unstamped Panel, only what we can see and feel. What we can see is that it has some nice flame grain around the bowl of four flat panels at the flanks, fore, and aft and four rounded panels at the corners. The square shank shares the grain and meets with a lengthy vulcanite saddle stem. What we can feel is that it is quite light — not much more than an ounce from bit to fore despite being nearly six inches in length. Though there's nothing to offer in terms of background, this pipe offers a measure of intrigue and a fascinating shape.
