Black Sandblasted Volcano Tobacco Pipe

Claudio Cavicchi's impressive career in pipe making spans over half a century. With such extensive experience, it is no surprise that the Italian pipemaker has been able to hone his abilities to such a degree. The bowl of this Volcano from Cavicchi juts proudly from a wide base, forming a thick taper into the rim as it does so. An open, round transition gives way to a long shank that rises to a truncated saddle stem with a sinuous bend. A broad panel underscores the pipe, from the heel's jutting fore to the shank end.
