About This Pipe
A thoroughly classic English pipe, this bent Billiard from Dunhill boasts a seamless, sweeping profile, the elongated, bent stem ensuring it should hang effortlessly from the jaw. There's a good deal of sinuousness here that the eyes are sure to appreciate, with plenty of curves through the bowl as well to ensure a comfortable feel in hand. Rendered in Group 4 size, this "02" is a balanced and delightfully sinuous pipe that is primed for easy clenching or travel carry. Dressed in the rustic sandblast of the County series, the palette is earthy and crisp.
Like the Cumberland finish, Dunhill's County line pairs rich, cumberland stems with delightfully textured sandblasts. Typically, County pieces wear a lighter stain, often falling between the Cumberland and Tanshell hues, and since its introduction in 1986, with only a brief hiatus, the County remains stalwart within Dunhill's portfolio, especially desired by lovers of brindled vulcanite and warm sandblasts.
