Autograph Sandblasted Bent Billiard with Silver (6mm) Tobacco Pipe

Savinelli's Autograph is the Italian marque's limited-production, handmade series, utilizing specially aged extra-extra plateau briar and being crafted by only three of the brand's most experienced carvers. From start to finish, the process of crafting a single one of these pipes is handled by a single one of these veteran craftsmen, the series providing them with design freedom and allowing them to express their personal creativity. A unique interpretation of the bent Billiard, especially for the Autograph line, this piece boasts a remarkably reserved reach, though its presence in hand is fairly substantial. A wide transition out back pairs the bowl to a subtly lifted shank and stem, the pair joined at a silver accent. A rounded heel supports the bowl as it grows thick, cylindrical walls which maintain a consistent breadth until reaching the rim, where they taper inward. Dressed in a crisp sandblast, the stummel showcases handsome grain throughout, with the smooth rim and silver accent providing plenty of rich contrast.
