Savinelli - Roma Lucite (602) (6mm)
Elegant, Understated, Classic
I love this pipe. Where to begin? The briar's rusticated finish glitters like a cave wall when met with light. The stem is a real showpiece, but not in a bombastic, brightly colored kind of way, but rather a satin, sultry kaleidoscope of brown and cream hues with a hint of sparkle throughout, like a freshly stirred coffee. The stem and bowl meet in the middle to a brass accent ring that brings the whole piece together. The clench is surprisingly comfortable for a pipe with as much length and bend as this one. I love this pipe. I'll never get rid of it.

Cornell & Diehl - Nutty Irishman 2oz
Great Sipper
I would recommend going easy when smoking this one. If you go too hot, you lose most of the aromatics... If you take your time and sip it slowly, you'll be rewarded with the hazelnut flavors from the Frangelico. And the quality of the ribbon cut cannot be bragged on enough. C&D knows quality for sure.

Cornell & Diehl - Bayou Morning Flake 2oz
Mornings are Better with a Bowl of Bayou Morning
The name of this tobacco is a better description than many others that claim to be a morning blend. The bright, citrusy Va sweetness accompanied by the figgy, plum-like Perique flavor makes this an easy grab when going to meet the rising sun.

Tampers & Tools - Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation Pipe Tool - Stainless Steel Redwood
Excellent Quality with a Classic Look
For the price, this was a no brainer. looks and feels like the quality of a Case knife. The reamer is especially sharp, so do be careful when clearing out your carbon cakes. Don't think I'll ever find a better replacement for my everyday bag.

Peterson - De Luxe Navy Rolls 50g
Malcolm Guite Made Me Do It
I blame the wonderful Malcolm Guite for his love of this tobacco. Having now gotten myself some, I can undoubtedly say I'm a huge fan. Lovely sugary sweetness with overtones of baked bread and smooth herbal notes.

G. L. Pease - Maltese Falcon 2oz
Muttnchop Sent Me
My first GL Pease purchase at the recommendation of Muttnchop. Not only can I see why he loves it, I have come to love it myself. Sultry, dark sweetness with a nice foundation of spicy scents from the Orientals.

Seattle Pipe Club - Plum Pudding Special Reserve 2oz
Best English I've Tried
Man alive, the taste of this is unreal. It's not often that you can get aromatic-like flavors out of a non-aromatic. Not only that, but it nails its namesake. At different times, I could genuinely taste the plum, the baking spices, the bready notes... It's all there with a tangy, dark sweetness. Tried one corner from one tin I bought, immediately ordered more.
