About This Pipe Tobacco
For Peter Heinrich's Curly Special, rare Virginias are spun into "twist" then sliced to the size of small coins. Each disk is a complete blend. Costly to produce, this spun cut can be smoked for its slow burning classic Virginia flavor or mixed into a favorite blend for a change of pace.

to me. The middle of the bowl has all the flavor and the end of the bowl changed dramatically for me- turning somewhat sour and ashy tasting. I'll try it again in a smaller pipe and see what happens.
Very bad, not great. There's better Virginias out there that are easier to find....Read More

e, & I also get the taste of cinnamon, in & out & I also taste either nutmeg or molasses.. I’d say for me it’s smooth, & the 3-4 different flavors I get while smoking it, all come together for a great smoke. Curly special cut is in my top 10, the next coin cut I want to try,& have been waiting to is gawith cabbies mixture, it’s hard to find & buy, because of all the tobacco hoarders,I was lucky enough to get 4 tins of Sutliff cringle flake last week, along with a 4oz tin of plum pudding special reserve, to smoke on Christmas with my new $500 Serjacopo rowlette pipe for Christmas & I’ll be smoking my 14 tins my sister bought me for Christmas, I got 2 tins of Peter Heinrich’s 200gm tins 5 tins of Sutliff vapor cake, & 4 tins of 1931 flake & 1 tin of bourbon barrel aged plum pudding & my 2 tins of stonehaven I got for $25. I can’t wait to smoke my new Serjacopo pipe & 3 Christmas blends. On Christmas so I can review them- I’m glad I paid $25 for 2 tins of stonehaven & not getting ripped off by the greedy sob hoarders who buy it & try to rip ppl off by selling a $10 tin for $120, for 2oz tin.. end that uses perique sparingly but convincingly. I got more hay, herbal, and woody aromas from them, and very little spice.

as balanced and subdued during smoking, but in No 2, we're talking almost asian clove cigarettes.
Seriously folks: the clove topping, be it naturally og synthetically (eugenol), actually numbed my tongue and palate. Dentists use it as a mild anaesthetic, and apparantly so does Astley. This was a very, very weird experience in a pipe smoking perspective....Read More
