About This Pipe
This Lovat from Civic is a classic take on a very classic shape — the bowl is a no-nonsense Billiard, the round shank lengthy and the vulcanite stem saddle-style. The shallow sandblast that gives this piece such a welcoming touch and its very slight weight just over one ounce make it particularly unique, as it satisfies the design requirements of a Lovat while still being eminently portable and easily clenched by the jaw. A dark stain also matches the stummel well with the stem, a nice touch that makes this piece all the more attractive.
