About This Pipe
Edwin Wilke founded his namesake tobacconist shop in 1872 in downtown Manhattan and, in addition to offering signature tobacco blends, also sold E. Wilke pipes. This E. Wilke Dublin is quite sleek and streamlined with a tall, subtly flaring bowl paired to a short, cylindrical shank and a lengthy, tapering stem of vulcanite. A smooth finish and earthy stain dress the stummel, highlighting the briar's hearty grain, which includes a particularly striking display of birdseye on the bowl's left flank.
