About This Pipe
The story of the Musico workshop began with Giorgio Musico, who frequently bought pipes from Italian pipe maker Fritz Becker. Their sons, Massimo Musico and Paolo Becker, would go on to found the Becker & Musico workshop, which primarily crafted classic pipe shapes. Eventually, the two went their separate ways, with Massimo Musico continuing to pursue a traditional aesthetic under the name Musico.
This bent Dublin from Musico sees a tall, flaring bowl set to a sweeping shank-and-stem combination. The Churchwarden stem's vaulted stance ensures a comfortable smoking posture and lends a gestural fluidity to the shape's otherwise muscular build. A dark sandblast dresses the stummel and highlights gorgeous grain around the bowl.
