About This Pipe
In the 1960s and 70s, Luigi Radice worked at two of the most acclaimed Italian marques, Castello and Caminetto. After cementing himself as one of Italy's best pipe makers, he began to craft pipes with his sons under the family name. This Brandy by Radice possesses a pert, shapely bowl, with its walls showcasing a curvaceous taper as they rise to the chestnut-stained rim. In contrast, the rest of the stummel is dressed in the dark tones of the Rind rustication, creating a wealth of palpable texture for one to explore. Moreover, the proportional shank-and-stem combination keeps this piece balanced, while the black acrylic stem handsomely complements the stummel's diverse hues and textures.
