A squat, broad bowl dominates most of this Tomato's visual weight, as it's paired to a gradually tapering shank and stem combination, one that reaches out modestly from a wide transition. This pairing acts as a striking foil to the bowl's imposing stature, additionally helping to keep the weight down and shorten the composition's footprint considerably: coming in at well under five inches in length and less than an ounce and a half in weight. The bowl stands proudly atop a sturdy heel, growing walls that bow out subtly toward the mid-set waist before arcing gently toward the rim, providing plentiful insulation for the chamber and ample surface area for the hand.
