About This Pipe
Savinelli's Autograph line presents pipes that are entirely hand-crafted from select briar blocks by the workshop's most experienced artisans, who are given creative freedom in carving them, which often results in more Freehand-like pieces. This robust paneled Dublin is one of the Autograph series' higher-graded pieces and features a broad, octagonal, and gently inflated rim that tapers to a soft heel at the fore of a soft square shank. Topped by a downturned saddle stem, the stummel is wearing a stunning, auburn-stained finish that showcases a beautiful display of birdseye populating the aforementioned rim, while tight-knit tendrils of flame grain engulf the bowl on all flanks.
