Good, Needs Some Age
I think Carolina Red Flake may have spoiled me a bit. This blend is extremely good, but to me it lacks a little depth. That said, I think some time in the cellar will really benefit it. A little age should smooth out the rough edges and allow the flavors to come together. It’s a very good blend now, but I believe it has the potential to become a great one with a few years of age.
