Cornell & Diehl - Star of the East
Average Latakia Blend
I had high hopes that this would be my new go-to Latakia/oriental blend. However, it seems to be about average in tin note and flavor. Nothing about it stood out for me as far as flavor goes. I’ll stick with Quiet Nights.

Peter Stokkebye - PS3 Cherry
An aromatic I look forward to smoking
Virginias are my favorite, along with some milder latakia blends. With rare exception, most aromatics taste like chemical death to me. This however, has a place with autumn evening on my shelf of aromatics that both taste and smell very good. Smells just like a cherry cordial in the bag, and smoked slowly, the taste is the same! There is also a natural tobacco flavor just underneath the cherry, and the combination is great. I recommend drying it out a bit, or it can bite just a little.

Cornell & Diehl - Opening Night 2oz
Better than Capstan Blue
For years I tried every Virginia I could find and landed on capstan blue as a favorite. Once Mac Baren was sold, I discovered Opening Night was cheaper, just as good, and under my nose the entire time. If you like virginias at all, I suspect you’ll love this.

Cornell & Diehl - Interlude 2oz
New Favorite
Excellent quality and flavor. Amazing Red Virginia with the perfect touch of honey. My all-around favorite tobacco.
