About This Cigar

Introduced in 2006, the Series P cigars are intended as Tatuaje's budget-friendly smokes, offering premium components at an everyday price for all-day smoking. They feature a Nicaraguan Habano wrapper and a Honduran binder; the mixed fillers are remnants from Brown Label cigars — allowing Pete Johnson and Tatuaje to offer the Series P at a more approachable price. Some of the cigars are crafted in Nicaragua, as distinguished by a white-and-red band, while the unbanded versions are fashioned in Florida, and all of the Series P offerings are perfect for Tatuaje fans looking for a daily smoke that won't break the bank. This particular rendition is presented in a 6" x 50 Toro vitola.

Summary: I put it down before finishing the middle third. The first few puffs offered a subt
le but pleasant baked aroma, which turned bitter early in the middle third, accompanied by some spiciness, resulting in an unpleasant experience.

Smoke Output: Medium, increased after the middle third began.

Flavor: Overall one-dimensional and unenjoyable.

Burn: Somewhat uneven.

It started with a faint sweetness reminiscent of a baked aroma, which raised my expectations. However, this flavor quickly faded, transitioning into a slight bitterness with a hint of sweet aftertaste. Towards the end of the first third, a peppery spiciness emerged. The retrohale became irritating, followed by a distinct bitterness and a tar-like note. It became difficult to discern any more pleasant flavors, so I couldn't make it through the middle third.
