I’m an English smoker, new to Vapers…this is good tobacco but don’t believe it is top 5 of tinned tabaccos. I’m going to stick with Bullseye Flake and Marlin Flake. So I tried this,as an ex cigar smoker. Had high expectations. First smoke was just flat to me. Tried again, letting it dry out a bit longer,better. Then again let it dry overnight...oh my! So delicious 😋. Layers and layers of flavor. Some good,some amazing, and some stellar 👌. Making me rethink how I go about preparing all my tobacco. Raw tobacco: spirit and some fruit smell
Taste:
First half with flower fragrance and milk caramel
Second half with nuts and bread

Nice cut and well packed .The aroma come out persistently with moderate strength when easily lighted and burnt.Beginner's choice.

This has a great taste and burns good.

I am relatively new to pipes as a former cigar smoker but I have thoroughly enjoyed this tobacco. The tobacco flavors are pronounced and distinct but not overwhelming by any means. There is a dark chocolate-reminiscent sweetness and a beautiful scent that is strangely nostalgic but in a manner that is difficult to explain or understand. If this tobacco was available at a lower price, I would certainly be a frequent buyer of it. As a ready-to-smoke pipe tobacco, I give it full marks. Hopefully, the price won’t go up too much.

Not bad, also nothing to write home about. My appetite for perique is quite strong. I like blends with 20 percent plus. C&D Exclusive and poplar camp are far superior to this blend. And as far as coins go, escudo and navy rolls are better as well.

In my opinion this is one of the best Virginia perique tobaccos on the market. It has a beautiful sweetness from the cavendish that sends this blend over the top. I always look forward to smoking this any chance i get. Escudo is a bit less sweet, and orlik golden slice is a bit more stark in my opinion. This is a perfect in between....Read More
