About This Pipe
This Dublin from Refbjerg is canted very lightly forward, to the point that it almost appears to be a regular Billiard. Handsome cross grain and birdseye decorate the walls of the bowl, with further cross grain on the rim and decorating the top and bottom of the shank, which is flatly ovoid. A lengthy saddle stem of vulcanite finishes the piece out back, stretching to a narrow bit. The piece weighs in at just one and one-fifth ounces despite a relatively substantial length of over five inches.
