Danish artisan Hans "Former" Nielsen has dedicated over six decades of his life to the art of pipe making, cultivating a style that is distinctly his own. He entered the world of pipes at just 15, starting out in Poul Rasmussen's workshop where he quickly honed his eye for detail and fine craftsmanship. Later, he worked as a supervisor for the W.Ø. Larsen workshop before eventually establishing his own. Rendered in "oversized" proportions, this sandblasted Billiard still maintains a sleek sense of line and showcases the thoughtful, balanced shaping for which the artisan is known.
