About This Pipe
Named after an Italian nobleman, Ser Jacopo was founded by the famous craftsman Giancarlo Guidi after he left the Mastero de Paja workshop. The Ser Jacopo workshop is known for creating the Pesaro shaping aesthetic and crafting classically rendered Italian pipes with unique, flourished finishes. This bent Brandy reflects the workshop's preference for muscular forms, though its proportions lean more traditional. The bowl stands upright with a confident posture, its substantial presence defined by thick, insulating walls that rise from a rounded heel and taper gently to a flat rim. A robust shank curves upward from the bowl and joins a tapered stem, together forming a soft S-curve in profile. Dressing the stummel is a mahogany-hued rustication that offers plenty of tactile detail for the hand to appreciate.
